Concern continues to rise over crude oil transport in the state of New York. The federal government did recently come out with new regulations, but lawmakers say they aren't enough. In the Capital Region, leaders say lowering the speed at which these oil cars are traveling is just one of many issues that should be addressed right away and is not. Albany County Executive Dan McCoy joined us to talk more about this.
