BETHLEHEM -- Two locomotives were put back on the tracks early Thursday after they collided and derailed Wednesday night in the CSX Corp.'s Selkirk yard, CSX spokesman Rob Doolittle said.
About 6 p.m. Wednesday, two trains moving at a low speed sideswiped each other, causing one to turn on its side, Doolittle said,
"That engine was righted and rerailed about 2 a.m. and the tip-over caused a minor fuel leak that was also cleaned up," Doolittle said.
The accident had no impact on other rail operations and the cause is still under investigation, Doolittle said.
There were no injuries.
