ALBANY -- If you notice some commotion at the Port of Albany don't be alarmed.
The Governor's Office says a training drill started on Tuesday and will run through Wednesday to train crews how to handle ignitable liquids, like crude oil. The State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services is conducting the exercise, and training several local crews.
The Governor's Office says crews will be taking part in practical exercises from 1 to 5 p.m. Wednesday. DHSES is reminding the community that this is a "live fire" exercise, which may involve smoke and fire.
